Our goal at RegionalBest.com, LLC is to provide you with regional food of the highest quality. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will replace the product or refund your money.
Shipping
All products are shipped by our merchants (farmers, fishermen and other small business owners) who have determined the best shipping methods for their particular products. All shipping costs are based on Fed Ex, UPS or postal service shipping rates, plus the cost of carefully packing your order. We will calculate the best rate per vendor via a zip code shipping calculator on the checkout page of our site. If you have ordered several different types of products you will receive shipments from each vendor.
Insure the delivery address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for products sent to an incorrect address.
For perishable items, please notify the recipient of the delivery. All packages are sent "signature release" so that a signature is not required for delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered on-time, but not collected from outside by the recipient.
If your products arrived damaged or we shipped incorrect items, please call or emailthe merchant who filled your orderand your product will be replaced promptly.
Currently, RegionalBest can only ship to addresses in the continental U.S. We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.
Returns
All returns must be made within seven days of receiving your order.
Please use the original packing slip and mark the reason for the return on the back.
Enclose that and carefully package your return, sending it to the vendor who filled your order.
If you don't have the inventory slip, please be sure to include your name, address, phone and or e-mail so we can contact you with any questions.
Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable.
