Vrapple - Medium Block
This vegan scrapple is a delicious non-meat breakfast treat that the vegan and carnivore can both agree on - it's delicious and makes those early morning protein struggles obsolete. Slice it thin and fry it a well-oiled pan. When it's crispy on both sides, it's done!
Primary ingredients are seitan, locally grown & milled cornmeal, locally grown and milled buckwheat, organic vegan stock, organic canola oil, organic cane sugar, low sodium organic soy sauce, herbs and spices. But don't think it's bland - it does have a black pepper kick! It's a yummy answer to your nostalgic yearnings for "real" scrapple. Even if you've never had scrapple, or don't miss scrapple, it's a great alternative protein to add into your rotation. It's very low fat, low sodium and high protein.
